This book/survey made me realize who I really am. It coincided with my thoughts of who I really am, thus making it concrete of what my strengths are and what I can do for myself in the future. I highly suggest this book for those that want to search within.

I was very impressed with Marcus Buckingham's "Trombone Player Wanted" DVD. The beauty of this book is the ability to do a 20 min long online test developed by the Gallup organization, and get your personal profile. If you want your strengths identified fast - go for it. You want to be happy and fulfilled at work - give yourself a gift. I am getting several copies as presents for my best friends and family. Spread the joy !

I have found this to be a highly reliable and valuable assessment instrument in my Executive Coaching practice. It helps an individual both recognize and articulate their strengths, providing a useful springboard for discussion on how they might utilize those strengths to meet future professional and personal challenges.
