- You must buy this if you cycle in traffic
I have used this mirror for five years and recommend it highly. Once you use a good bicycle mirror you cannot imagine cycling in traffic without one. It completely changes the way you interact with cars, giving you control and confidence. The drivers know the difference, and they give you much less flak, because they know you see them and you know what you are doing and you aren't going to dive under their wheels.

I have only had the mirror for a short time. Although I use it a couple times a week on a short nine mile training circuit (3 laps), I have only used it on a long ride with heavy traffic once. It worked great. The trick is adjusting it. I mount it on my glasses rather than my helment. It is a little tricky getting it set and getting used to using it. But, I like it.
