this product has lived up to expectations and then some, 1] the best apetite controler ive ever had, i actually have had to make sure ive eaten enough, thats a switch, 2 weeks i have lost 17 pounds, with 40 more to go , i suspect it will take more time as i get closer to my goal, and in my case i havent even used the max dose only 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon, becareful here ,DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN TOLD TO TAKE, the side effects here have actually been positives to me, more energy and ... While this product does curb your appetite, I find that I cannot take it after one o'clock in the afternoon. It makes me antsy and I cannot fall asleep for hours after taking a less than recommended dose. I will however continue to purchase this product because I believe that it helps with my weight loss. It does not help as fast as the commercials say, but then again it depends on the persons diet and exercise routine.

I exercise at least 5 times a week and followed the directions on the bottle about drinking at least 10 bottles of water a day, and taking the pills before eating and it did not work for me. I took it for a month and then started feeling really weird, dizziness, faster heartbeat and stopped taking the pills. All in all I ended up right where I started, about 20 pounds overweight.
