this is one of the best protein bars i have ever tasted. it satisfies that craving for oatmeal raisin cookies, its that good. i highly recommend. much better than the peanut butter ones.

These have to be some of the best tasting bars out there. At only 140 calories, they make a great snack before or after a workout-without loading you up on calories. The other good thing about them is that they have 10 grams of protein- which means you stay full for awhile (studies have shown that between fats, carbs, and protein, its protein that stays in the stomach longer than the rest- leaving you with a full feeling longer). I've had more than my fair share of protein bars and energy bars over the years. They fill me up in the morning, provide a quick and more nutritious snack alternative in the afternoon and help me stay on track with my diet.
