Easy to set up. Did not work consistantly wireless but was easy to hard wire. Now works fine. It seems to be pretty accurate. [..] it uploads fine.

La Crosse has a terrible attitude toward it's customers, so I recommend looking for another company. My weather station worked well enough initially, though the set up is not great for outdoor mounting. Then, the wires connecting the wind vane to the transmitter were chewed by a pack rat. I had a Oregon Scientific WX918 wired weather station for 5 years that finally needed replacing after lightning took out much of it. I decided on a wireless one, and looked at several. I also wanted one that would work with my Linux computer and web server, and finally decided on the La Crosse WS-2317, much because it was only $[...] at the time and I had located a very nice (and free!) web based software package, wview. I have had no problems with the wireless, running length-wise thru several walls ... Read More
